Wise Children do workshops!

IN THE WISE CHILDREN REHEARSAL ROOM GAMES, HUMOUR, MAYHEM AND MUSIC COLLIDE TO CREATE THEATRICAL MAGIC.

​

We have built two bespoke workshops to give an insight into the Wise Children way of working. Our Wise Children practitioners, the Wise Ones, have bountiful experience of creating theatre the Wise Children way. They will create a playful atmosphere and have all the workshop attendees devising scenes or music, working together to create something special. The participants will have fun and take away valuable tools and approaches that can be applied to their own work.

We offer two workshops which can be tailored to run for 2 hours, half a day or a full day. These workshops are perfect for GCSE, BTEC and A Level groups, as well as Universities and Theatre Companies.

WORKSHOP 1; ENSEMBLE STORYTELLING:

 

Experience and explore the Wise Children way of working. Play theatrical games, become part of an ensemble and create theatre. Participants will find inspiration in our source material, the world around them and each other.

WORKSHOP 2; MUSICAL STORYTELLING:

​

Create and compose with the best in the business. Music is at the heart of all of Wise Children’s productions. Our Wise One will guide participants and aid them to create music the Wise Children way. This workshop will suit all musical levels and participants are welcome to bring instruments.
