HOW TO WATCH
We know that watching theatre online is a whole new world of technology, and we're doing our best to make the experience as simple as possible. Our broadcast is not a YouTube stream, but we've made sure that there are lots of ways to watch. This guide will help you through.
Once you've booked your ticket you should get an email from Ticket Co - our box office partner. (If you entered a mobile number you'll also get a text).
This contains your reference code. It’s a character code and looks like this:

To watch the broadcast in the web browser on your computer or laptop

Open the e-mail confirmation you received after the purchase, and click the TicketCo TV icon. This will open a new tab where the event will start.

If you can't find the email but know your code (from the text message) then simply head to...

Add the reference code in the ‘Ticket ID’ field and click ‘done’. You will automatically be redirected to the show you've booked for.

If you’re watching via a web browser, you could always plug your computer or laptop into your TV, but we know this might be complicated or need extra cables. There's a handy video here that might help.
To watch the broadcast with Google Chromecast

If you have a Google Chromecast (2nd generation or newer) connected to your TV, this can also be used to live stream the event. Click the ‘Chromecast icon’ in the video player to start casting.

Apple AirPlay will work the same way.
To watch the broadcast with Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV or Fire TV Stick
If you have an Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon TV or Amazon Firestick then we strongly recommend downloading the free ‘TicketCo TV’ app for the best streaming experience. Please note that you need TVos 13.0+ on Apple TV, or Android TV version 7.0+ to use the app.
1. Download TicketCo TV

Open the ‘App Store’ on Apple/Android TV or search for Apps on your Amazon TV/Firestick. (Normally it's the magnifying glass icon)

Navigate to the search field.

Search for ‘Ticketco TV’.

Download and open the app.
2. Add your reference code

Once the app is open, you will be asked to add the reference code from your ticket (in the ticket ID field). Then click ‘done’.
3. Watch live

After confirming your reference code you’ll be redirected to the event. (When we're not live you'll see a countdown to the live stream.)
